LocalDeliveryOS
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
What this policy covers
This policy explains how LocalDeliveryOS handles information submitted through this website, including the Revenue Leakage Review request form and the Business-Fit Conversation request form. It describes what we collect today, why, and how to reach us about it.
What the forms collect
The Revenue Leakage Review form collects contact and business information you choose to provide: your name, business name, and work email. Optional details include your phone number, company website, approximate driver count, current software, delivery volume, accounting platform, contact preferences, and a short description of what you'd like us to examine.
The Business-Fit Conversation form collects your name, email, proposed market, business background, launch timeline, preferred contact method, and a description of the business you want to build. You may also provide a phone number and working business name.
These forms do not collect delivery records, invoices, rate cards, payment information, or driver personal data. They are only for asking us to get in touch.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your request, understand whether a Revenue Leakage Review or Business-Fit Conversation is appropriate for you, and contact you about the service you asked about. We do not sell submitted information or use it for unrelated purposes.
How submissions are handled
When you submit the form, your answers are sent to us as an email notification. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to deliver that notification, so Resend processes the submission for that purpose.
Lead submissions are not currently stored in a LocalDeliveryOS production database. The notification email and any correspondence that follows are retained in our mailbox as reasonably needed to respond to you and conduct ordinary business.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask us what information we hold from your submission, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at privacy@localdeliveryos.com and we'll respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Security
We take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect information in transit and in our systems. Form submissions are validated server-side and transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we don't promise otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
